Just moved in 01/20/2026 its march 5 2026 .Air still doesnt work, I had to submit a maintenance request five times for them to turn my air on and when they did, the air did not do anything there is no reason I should be setting the thermostat at 65° and the temperature in the apartment stays the same above 77 degrees, you can barely feel the cold air. Don’t move here unless you want your apartment to smell like food for days because of ventilation sucks and they do not come fix it.
Came in for a tour at 11:30, currently sitting in the waiting room and it is 12pm. Will be going to my next scheduled tour now. Not a great first impression and not how I want to be treated as a potential resident.
