I’ve lived here for 6 years now, that’s all you need to know. My roommate and I like to refer to it as Chicago’s best hidden gem. I was a little selfish and wanted to keep it to myself but now that I’ll be moving out, it’s time to write the review. The doormen and maintenance guys are incredible and super responsive — we’ve gotten to know them all throughout the years. The building is beautiful, the apartments are beautiful and the maintenance staff is really nice. I can't handle the smell of pot everyday - some days starting at 11am. It is a non smoking building. There are two apartments on my floor and they refuse to do anything about it. We live on the third floor and you can smell the pot on the first floor before getting on the stairs.
