The building is beautiful, the apartments are beautiful and the maintenance staff is really nice. I can't handle the smell of pot everyday - some days starting at 11am. It is a non smoking building. There are two apartments on my floor and they refuse to do anything about it. We live on the third floor and you can smell the pot on the first floor before getting on the stairs.
