This is crazy, our apartment is flooded, we’ve been submitted the report like a month ago, but nothing happened, no follow up about our problem, nobody checked it out. and it happened again since 2 days ago, this is so gross, you guys need more responsive about residence, this is really big apartment but how can you only have 1 maintenance? Don’t move here unless you ready for wake up in the morning and find out your apartment full of water and smell like shit
It's been almost 2 weeks since our room was like this, no maintenance has come to fix the sink, the water flows like a waterfall and even enters the bedroom, living room, and the entire kitchen area. Our room smells like corpse rot.
The soonest tour I could get was a week out and when I went in they have nothing for me to tour. Time wasted.
It is going to be one of those reviews, I would rate this apartment 0 if I could. DO NOT MOVE HERE, unless you are ready for a COCKROACH infestation, regular BED BUG infestations from your neighbors (that management only address on Monday's), unaddressed maintenance requests that has to result in FLOODING IN YOUR APARTMENT before it is remedied, unreliable elevators, HOMELESS in the building, and the smell of substance users (METH/FENTANYL) through your vents.
