Generally happy with how this went. The application was quick, and the approval came through without a lot of back and forth. I did find that the explanation of fees in the initial offer could have been clearer. I had to ask a follow-up question before I felt fully confident in what I was agreeing to. Anthony answered it clearly, and once that was handled, the rest went smoothly. Four stars because the service is genuinely good, but that one area could be improved.
