Sadly, this gym is closed for good. Loved the trainers and the varied workouts.
I love this gym. The members and instructors have created a welcoming community that is perfect for people of any fitness level -- newbie to pro. The workouts are fun, change daily, and really focus on total body fitness. Working out at 300 B.C. has made me stronger than I've ever been before.
It is more than a place to exercise. Working out will become a hobby instead of a chore.
