best thing here is the maintenance the best ever!!! Never a problem or wait fixing anything, .. Now the downside .. residents.. a lot of residents litter, careless,smoke on lanais, despite it being a so-called smoke free facility ..also read 42 page lease CAREFULLY! After several hurricaines, the buildings are SOLID, but NO GENERATORS allowed.. Huge drawback when sweltering hot after a storm.. or if medical devices needed. . For my future, I need the freedom of generator usage in emergency situations, so that will be a prior... read more
