30 West apartments and the team are as good as it gets!! The community is a florida dream and in a perfect location! Amanda makes sure the property is kept to such high standards, Kasey cares deeply for each resident, Luis will fix anything and everything, Ramon is so quick to complete work orders, and Isac will always help with a smile! I’d recommend everyone to live here!!
Property management stops doing their job the second your lease is signed. Was very excited to move in, until the day I arrived. We were moved into a unit with a refrigerator which didn’t operate for almost a month, molded cabinets, garbage disposal inoperable, sink pipes leaking to the point of water build up on the floors and a molded dishwasher.
