Luis and Ramon from maintenance are excellent at their jobs. They listen and solve everything in a timely matter. Very respectful crew! However, lately there has been very loud screaming and music coming from the pool at all times, making it imposible to sleep, management has not been responsive to these complaints, additionally there's dog waste all over, can't even walk two steps without seeing one.
