Horrible! This outfit works The Villages, Fl. Called to fix my washer. Their solution was to replace the drain pump, $250.00 for pump & $100.00 install. Washer still broke so Mr. Spano said he would pay to replace the washer control board. After several days he said he wasn’t sure that would fix the washer & recommended buying a new washer. Appears to focus on the senior community, learn from my mistake & warn your neighbors

Do not use this company. They made me pay for a part that they never returned with after multiple attempts of trying to reach them. After paying over $600 to fix a dryer, I still ended up having to buy a new one. If this isn’t bad enough, they came to my office and were screaming at each other. They don’t show up on time either. If I could give them zero stars I would. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Peter was on time and thorough...fixed our refrigerator..checked everything....and gave us a warranty I would recommend them to others for sure....

Repaired Dryer - Appliance. Peter did an awesome job along with his associate. Both were professional, responsive and thorough. Work was completed timely as promised.

This man does not keep his word. Multiple times he said he would come and then after no show came up with excuses.
