I just started 30 Minute Hit a few months ago and I absolutely love it! It’s fast paced, fun, and you truly leave with having done an awesome workout. The facility is clean and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, encouraging, helpful, and personable! I recommend this gym to so many people who want a quick workout. As a new mom this gym is ideal and it’s such a nice space for only women to feel comfortable to workout and get stronger together.
