love the fact it’s only 30 minutes and you get a trainer. Trainers are attentive and motivates you while you workout as well as pushes you to the end making the time fly! studio is very clean and it’s only women! Plus for the price it’s unlimited!
This is such an incredible small business! So welcoming and unbelievable how much youre able yo push yourself in just 30 minutes! So empowering and i feel so strong. I drive nearly 25 minutes and it is absolutely worth it!
What an amazing place to workout, by far my favorite way to exercise! Krystal and all the trainers there are amazing and really work with you to ensure you are getting the best outcome and workout. I highly recommend this gym!
I won a free month here from a raffle and was so grateful to be apart of this community! This was the push that helped me get back into fitness after having my son. It’s a great workout and goes by very quickly which is a plus!!!
