This is the best workout you’re going to get in 30 minutes! I leave wobbly-kneed and sweaty but I love it! The trainers are so encouraging and helpful. I feel like I can kick any attacker’s butt!
30 minute hit is the best I drove over 45 mins to come and check it out. The atmosphere is great . . If you need a good 30 min workout this is the place for you!
Coming to this place is truly a highlight of my daily routine. I absolutely love the environment, encouragement and female only atmosphere. I was nervous to try at first as it was YEARS since I last worked out. The trainers helped me each step of the way and have become friends!
Such a great workout and left feeling empowered!!
