I love 30 minute hit ! The trainers are all so nice and help you get the best work out! I go to the gym I have done classes and boot camps This hands down is my favorite. Does not matter your age you can do it .You will feel great !
I tried a class on Wednesday with Hunter, and it was a fantastic experience! I’m new to fitness (pretty overweight), and she was so patient with me. She walked me through each station, and while it was definitely challenging, it didn’t feel impossible or overly difficult. I would HIGHLY recommend 30 Minute Hit to anyone starting their fitness journey. I will be back!
This came across my Facebook page and I signed up for a free class as I was looking for a new workout routine. I went for my first free class and it was truly amazing. I have been going here for just about a month. I work out 3 to 4 days a week and every trainer that I’ve come across has been so supportive very encouraging and I actually love the fact it’s women only you feel empowered. Great environment with great instruction! I love the flexible schedule and the workout is definitely at your own pace! The instructors will guide you and push you! And worth mentioning women-led and women-specific!!!! Highly recommend!
