Signed up for a free trial on Canada Day. Never tried anything like this before and always struggled to commit to the gym. Jess was super helpful and supportive. I felt nervous about being a beginner and lack of stamina but I felt genuinely encouraged by her! Great workout and it was perfect for what I need. Now I'm signed up and super excited to come back!
Christina is an amazing trainer! I came here on the first session free trial and had a blast!! Definitely recommend trying it out, it’s such a positive and fun atmosphere!
Awesome place, super friendly and helpful staff (admin and trainers). Training here works great for me: quick, intense and closely supported by the trainers. Makes it very easy to be included in a busy day to day life. This has been a very worthwhile addition to my workout routine, I recommend it!
