Working out here is such a good stress reliever and helps me feel strong. But what makes 30minute hit really stand out are the positive, knowledgeable staff and community of other clients here. I appreciate the support, endless modifications, and it being women only 💕💪🏻 - so happy with the recent change of ownership (Christina) with it being so welcoming and women only again!
I had such a good workout at 30 minute hit with my daughter yesterday. The staff are super friendly and motivating to keep you moving. It’s such a nice environment to be around women all having the same common goal. I highly recommend to check this location out and see where it takes you. It’s perfect for any age and any level of fitness. Thanks you to the new owner!
Oh my gosh, where do I start? This gym is incredible. I've fallin in love with the confidence, working out at 30 min hit poco has given me. The owner, the trainers, the environment and the awesome vibes this gym has is top notch and keeps me coming back every time. I've never felt more comfortable and capable in any other workout class or gym. I 100% 10/10 recommend this gym to any woman looking to get healthier and kick some butt.
