So excited to have Christina taking over ownership of this location! With her and the amazing trainers Lauren, Sonia and, Jess I’m excited to get back into my routine and be surrounded by supportive women who truly make even your bad days good! If you haven’t been in the location since the change of ownership - or ever - I highly recommend coming in and training with these amazing women.
I love training at 30 Minute Hit! The trainers are amazing! All are supportive, motivating, and push you just right. It’s a women-only space, which makes it feel really comfortable and empowering. Plus, the 30-minute workouts are intense, effective, and perfect for a busy schedule. Highly recommend!
I have been going to this gym since 2008.. best full body workout out there!! Great gym and good people. Definitely recommend going for a free trial!!
I'm so happy to be coming back (10yrs later), what sold me is an area that my kids can hang out for the half hour. Because of this, it's easy to make time for work outs 3-4 times a week. The owner, Christina and staff has been very accommodating as well, which I appreciate. I have trouble disciplining myself, so coming here is easy because once you start the circuit, you don't stop for the 30mins (stations with 15 seconds between). HIGHLY recommend 👌
