Awesome place, super friendly and helpful staff (admin and trainers). Training here works great for me: quick, intense and closely supported by the trainers. Makes it very easy to be included in a busy day to day life. This has been a very worthwhile addition to my workout routine, I recommend it!

Working out here is such a good stress reliever and helps me feel strong. But what makes 30minute hit really stand out are the positive, knowledgeable staff and community of other clients here. I appreciate the support, endless modifications, and it being women only 💕💪🏻 - so happy with the recent change of ownership (Christina) with it being so welcoming and women only again!
I had such a good workout at 30 minute hit with my daughter yesterday. The staff are super friendly and motivating to keep you moving. It’s such a nice environment to be around women all having the same common goal. I highly recommend to check this location out and see where it takes you.
