Great gym with really friendly and encouraging trainers. Hours can be difficult to make. Great workout every time!
I love it here! It’s such a positive community, and all of the trainers and members are so nice. I always leave feeling so much better and stronger, and it’s easier to fit into my schedule than other workouts have been. I love that you can drop in any time. I highly recommend trying this place for a fun and challenging workout!
Joining 30 Minute Hit was one of the best decisions I’ve made. After 4+ years, I can say it's more than just a workout, it's a welcoming community. The trainers and owners are incredible!! Pushing you to reach your potential and the circuit is the perfect blend of cardio and strength. If you want a quick, challenging workout that leaves you feeling empowered and strong, check them out!
Really recommend this gym, the trainers and workouts are awesome. I have a full time job so I really appreciate that it only takes 30 minutes to complete my exercise. I've been a member for a bit over 2 years and I really love it.
This is my happy place! I could be having the worst case of the Mondays but when I walk through the doors that all gets flipped. The vibe, the trainers, the music just gets me going. This is such a supportive and judgment free environment. The trainers really push you and challenge you but are also understanding and compassionate when you’re “having a day”. This is an integral part of my week and always look forward to having a solid sweat session.
