Had a great experience with Chris and would highly recommend him. He was thorough in his inspection and very patient in answering all of our questions. He truly wanted us to understand everything about the house. His report provided a clear overview supported by a detailed backup with pictures of all relevant callouts. Chris is meticulous, thorough & reliable. He performed 3 home inspections for me within a 4 month span as we searched for our first home.
