Nate was prompt and responsive. He was open to suggestions and gave plenty of his own based on experience. It is important to recognize that you have to work with the tree you're given...it's not a fresh uncracked slab of marble. In our case, Nate chased and filled in cracks, cut our Lumberjack Larry in half and added material for the proper dimensions. The head was drilled and a large wooden dowel holds it and the chainsaw.
