Very disappointed with service failures. I had two appointment dates set up with 3 Sons Lock Service, and they no showed for both of them. Neither time did the owner make the proper effort to reach out and advise me that he was not going to be at the job site. I reached out to the owner via telephone and spoke briefly to him a few days later. He asked if he could call me back. I agreed. I never received a return telephone call.
