I brought my 2017 F150 to 3Sons for the first time because it was recommended by a family member. I had multiple problems that the Ford Dealership could not diagnose properly accompanied by insane labour rates. 3Sons got my truck in right away and diagnosed everything. They took the time to explain the problems, and most importantly fixed the repairs (transmission, timing chain, sun-roof, oil-pump, oil-pan seal, etc) while providing a reasonable labour rate. I called in a panic because I’ve never had a flat tire and Matt and his team said come in as soon as you’re able we’ll take care of you. They always make you feel so welcome - inviting me to a hot coffee & a comfy couch to wait. Two years later and we are still using these guys for our vehicles. They continue to give us the best service and keep our vehicles running smoothly. I called to get my SUV in because I was losing air in one of my tires. They managed to get me in the next morning and didn't even charge me after finding a huge nail in it.
