I am a small business owner from out of town running a pressure washing outfit here in the sister’s Bend Redmond area. I had issues with my brake lights and trailer lights not working on my truck, which is an impossible way to operate. I contacted three sisters Automotive, and George got me in in the same day. They care about you. Jorge sent his *mechanic* all the way to Redmond to obtain an alternator for our car at about 3pm and was able to complete the work by 5pm. This was a massive blessing for our family as the 2 other autoshops in the area stated they wouldn't be able to access the part for 1-2 weeks, AAA was unable to accommodate 4 people whiling towing, and we had 2 infants in over 80 weather without shade. What a great experience this was for us as we were traveling throughout the NW in September. We were due for an oil/filter change as we were staying in Sisters. When calling was told there was a recent cancellation and he could take care of both of our vehicles right away. Very professional from start to finish and instilled the confidence & trust I get from my go to mechanic at home. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your automotive needs. This is one of the best auto repair and service garages I have ever worked with. Jorge and his team are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and have always been quick to get our cars in - prices are very fair, too! They even service our mini, which is great because we had been taking it to a shop in Bend that specializes in German cars, and that was inconvenient. Everyone we’ve worked with here is very professional and takes time to explain our issues, solve our problems and keep our cars running dependably!
If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I had taken my car down a back road and ended up bottoming out. Afterwards the car was making lots of loud noises. I took it in and they immediately put it on the lift and found I had a busted engine mount. Makiha, one of the mechanics, said it was very dangerous to drive in the shape it was in. He gave me a ride 15 miles to where my RV was parked! And had my car ready to go the next day. The best part was he didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for it.
