Bobby and Alan came out today on what they anticipated was a warranty assessment / repair for a faulty attic ventilation fan (I got 3-S' contact info from Broan as they are an authorized repair facility). When they arrived, they were able to determine and explain that the issue was with the the original install of the unit. The bad news was - not covered under warranty.
