Serious and professional people have never had any problems
Booked a good paying load from Ludington to Indy. Driver got loaded & noticed on the BOL it weighed about 4-5K lbs. more than it should've. I can't remember the name of the person our driver talked to. But he offered another $300 on top of the rate to stay on the load. They also issued the driver an EFS check on the spot to reimburse him for having to buy pallets.
