Booked a good paying load from Ludington to Indy. Driver got loaded & noticed on the BOL it weighed about 4-5K lbs. more than it should've. I can't remember the name of the person our driver talked to. But he offered another $300 on top of the rate to stay on the load. They also issued the driver an EFS check on the spot to reimburse him for having to buy pallets. No fee for him to get that check too, which is nice. 5 days after I invoiced them, we got the check in the mail. Brokerages like that are few & far between. At least in my experience. Keep up the good work folks.
