Really enjoy this comfortable workout environment! The classes and workout programs are all figured out for me and I just have to show up! Friendly staff and neat space- love it!
Been doing kickboxing classes since January and love it. Staff and instructors are awesome and welcoming. The equipment for kickboxing however is very old and needs cleaning/replacing. Also, there are only 2 bags for the entire class so we often don't get to do bag work. Hopefully the owners will invest in new equipment to make the classes even better!!!
Very friendly staff, committed to client fitness and results. They are always professional and helpful. John teaches a great Industrial Strength class and modifies his workouts to be challenging for all levels. He is very motivating and knowledgable. And a bit thank you to Molly, who drove to my home the other day to drop off my phone after I left it at the gym. She epitomizes customer service and is always friendly and helpful - TRAC is lucky to have her on staff! Extra bonus is the showers and towels, great little extras.
I always feel so welcome when walking in the doors. The staff is wonderful, they always make sure techniques are done properly to avoid injuries. I highly recommend!
