This is for Chehalem Creek Apartments and 3-Points Property Management. The snow in this area started on Friday 1/12/24 with plenty of warning. Absolutely nothing was done to prevent ice prior to the storm. It has now been 4 days and we continue to have solid ice on all sidewalks and the entire parking lot. I fell on Sunday attempting to take my dog out and was hopeful Monday someone would come and do something so residents can safely get around the property but that did not happen. They failed to refund our pet deposit when we moved out. They did not even include it on their accounting records. Our apartment complex was sold to them, and it immediately went from a nicer complex to a trashy complex in a few weeks. They hired a maintenance man, Jeremy, who drank during the job, brought his girlfriend and kids to the complex to squat in unoccupied apartments, and was entering tenants' apartments when not home and not given notice.
