We went with 3 Point Contracting when we had a problem with water leaks because they identified the problem and gave us a quote to fix it instead of automatically giving us a quote to replace the whole roof. After we got the one problem fixed, we went with 3 Point Contracting again to redo our roof. Everything was prompt and communicated clearly, and they did a great job. We plan on working with them again in the future.
Wade and Ryan were amazing!! Not only did they complete the work in the timeframe they gave, but their communication was top notch which makes a huge difference between all the other roofing companies. We looked into a roof replacement in West Chester after dealing with constant leaks and noise during storms. 3 Point came out, did a thorough inspection, and confirmed we really did need a full replacement. The crew was efficient, respectful, and kept everything clean throughout the process. The new roof looks great and has held up perfectly in heavy wind and rain. I was extremely pleased with 3 Point Contracting service. I called to see if they could clean my gutters, a service they typically do not perform. They offered to come out that day and look at the gutters. Within an hour I was sent an estimate/proposal. Their price was more than fair and they provided service within a day.
