I had 3 Point Contracting come out for a roof repair quote for my business building located in Delaware County. They were able to get me an appointment next day! Wade was very helpful and able to go over the issue that was causing the roof leak and what was needed for the repair. Highly recommend this company! Great service all around.
We went with 3 Point Contracting when we had a problem with water leaks because they identified the problem and gave us a quote to fix it instead of automatically giving us a quote to replace the whole roof. After we got the one problem fixed, we went with 3 Point Contracting again to redo our roof. Everything was prompt and communicated clearly, and they did a great job. We plan on working with them again in the future.
After a brief storm, the wind ripped the gutter off one side of my house (the windward side). Wade from 3-Point Contracting stopped over the same afternoon and evaluated the situation. Wade came out to take a look at our roof after we bought our house as we spotted a possible leak. They came out to look the next day, and were super honest about the roof not needing any work as it was just recently recoated and not the culprit. Really appreciate them coming out and being honest, and if anything shows up in the near future I will be reaching out to them!
