We went with 3 Point Contracting when we had a problem with water leaks because they identified the problem and gave us a quote to fix it instead of automatically giving us a quote to replace the whole roof. After we got the one problem fixed, we went with 3 Point Contracting again to redo our roof. Everything was prompt and communicated clearly, and they did a great job. We plan on working with them again in the future.
Wade and Ryan were amazing to work with. They were complete transparent with the whole process, responded promptly to all our messages and were extremely friendly. When it came to the day of the project they were quick and efficient catering to all our needs, and did a great job keeping the lawn covered and clean up. The final result looks great, could not be happier with their work.
Bought a fixer-upper in King of Prussia with ambitious renovation plans until discovering major roof issues that blew our budget. 3 Point worked with us to develop a phased approach – critical repairs now, full replacement next year. I was extremely pleased with 3 Point Contracting service. I called to see if they could clean my gutters, a service they typically do not perform. They offered to come out that day and look at the gutters. Within an hour I was sent an estimate/proposal. Their price was more than fair and they provided service within a day. They did a thorough job and cleaned up. I received a text from them the next time it rained to see if there were any issues. I would highly recommend 3 Point Contracting to anyone! Kathleen Woods
