What an awful experience and business. I purchased the “Sales Hat” online - my card was charged and I never received any tracking number, email, or communication. On May 6 2025 I called and left a voicemail. I called again and spoke to a female who assured me she saw my order and would call me back in just a few minutes with an update. I got no call back.
