It's a great community with well-built homes perfect for low maintenance lifestyle first floor living with basement three or four bedrooms nice clubhouse. Very relaxed and laid-back. Nice and quiet yet not far from restaurants and grocery store.
We moved into VOHW Thanksgiving 2024 and we've been giving thanks ever since. The quality of construction of a 3Pillars home is exceptional. Any after move-in problems have been immediately addressed and resolved. The people joining us at VOHW are friendly, interesting and pleasant to know. We are anxious for warmer months so we can enjoy the pool and other outdoor facilities. GREAT place to live!

We were very nervous about undertaking the building process from 650 miles away, but Shannon and the 3 Pillars team have made this a fun and exciting process. They have been diligent with weekly updates to us, and taken time to send pictures as the house progressed. We are scheduled to move into our new home in May and we just can’t wait to be part of the Villas at Old Harbor community.
