I was looking for pho near me and found this spot in Schertz. Went with the b�nh m�, chicken vermicelli, and pho and everything was amazing! The chicken had that perfect char and smoky grill flavor and the noodles were cooked just right. Seriously good Vietnamese food. I’ll definitely be back to try the Chinese side of the menu!
Man that food was so so bad. I got the chicken pho to go. When I got to my office and opened it my co worker said it smelled like a gym inside of a submarine. When i tasted the broth it was so off putting. Such a weird nasty taste in their chicken pho broth. Like they squeezed armpit juice inside the broth. I'm not saying any of this to be disrespectful or spiteful, this is my legit review, it tasted like B.O. Not sure how they got the reviews they have. Great food fast service and friendly hosts.
My mistake for getting the chicken curry I should have gotten the pho or banh mi. The chicken curry tasted sour and off. I asked very politely if I could exchange it for a banh mi instead. Nope you have to buy it. But I just paid for a meal that is inedible.
