Purchased a new home and sold one with 3 percent. If you purchase a home with them it's free to sell a home. We paid 2% to the buyers agent and 3 percent charged us no commission to sell our home. I will recommend them to anyone.

i sold my home in Holts Summit with them in June after I saw they sold my neighbors home. surprised me when they hired a photographer for my home at no cost to me and my home was not big and fancy. I paid half what a different realtor person told me I had to pay. would use again
