RIP OFF! – We stayed at this hotel when we took a day trip to Tahoe in October. It was a Saturday and we just walked-in. We had no reservation. We asked for a room with a balcony for one night. They said the rate was $162.00. The rate was fine and the room was clean, except that the heat did not work. They gave us a space heater. Pictures on hotel website not always representative of the room you get. – Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. They also turned away the guests in front of us (booked thru Expedia), and the guests behind us (booked ... read more

Then at 9 in the morning we were awakened by this enormous and horrifically loud garbage truck getting rid of this pile of garbage and scraps that was taking up a quarter of the parking lot so there was all this smashing and banging. I will never stay... read more
