I was referred to this complex when I was searching for an apartment for my elderly dad. When I got no answer to the number I was provided, I went online and saw the website and property management info. It showed that two units were available and had "apply now" on both of them along with the date when the units would be open. No where on the website was there any indication that you had to have permission from the onsite manager to apply. I wasn't going to say anything but after talking to three other seniors who have all encountered the same negative experience, I decided something has to be done. I will also be contacting corporate. There is an individual that works in the front office, name E---. This is a senior community but this woman not only does she have zero compassion. She is rude and no where near professional.
