Lauren was professional and efficient. She took care of some small electrical issues for us. I would not hesitate to have her back in the future for other electrical needs. 3 Mountains was easy to work with. I called and they were out here in a day or two.
I am currently waiting for my scheduled appointment. Canceled everything for the morning just to find out that my appointment has been canceled for an unknown reason despite me having a confirmation text. This is the 2nd time that they have left me waiting on an appointment in 3 weeks. I call but get the run around with their AI system. So frustrating. EDIT TO ADD: This is incorrect.
