Booked a plumbing appointment for a specific task they said they could do. The plumber who came out said she didn't have the proper device to do the task! She booked me for an appointment the following day with a different plumber who had the device. Next day that second plumber comes and says that there is no device that can do the task! Nice people, but wasted a lot of time to not get anywhere.
Xerxes is was on time, courteous, helpful and friendly. He got right to work and finished quickly. He kept us informed and we are very pleased
I enjoyed meeting Dre from 3 Mountains Plumbing. They were clear in explaining what needed to be done and the alternatives. They didn’t mind that I was follow them around while they worked. They answered my questions and gave advice about the plumbing issues in my house, which I really appreciated.
This company has a lot to offer- such as plumbing, electrical and (recently launched) home insulation. I really love the fact that for appointment confirmation they send you a reminder text with the picture of your technician and a mini bio of who they are. I hired them for my home plumbing jobs which included a new water heater, a hose bib out side and a bathtub fix where the nut had to be sawed off and the coveted cartridge special ordered.
