I am definitely happy with our plumbing service. I knew what I wanted done. Yet Jon Marc completed full plumbing assessment to confirm there were not any other problems needing to take care of. Before work, he reviewed all of my purchasing options as well as costs and possible other things he might encounter once started. He was clean, efficient and timely. We've used 3 Mountains for our drains and plumbing and have interacted with 3 different groups of people: Elsi, Amelia, and Lars and his team. All of them were really nice to work with and very patient with my husband and I. I did appreciate how upfront they all were when it came to the issues in our house and pricing. Lars was also really nice with fixing one of our door handles and taking our trash can in on one of the days he was here. David was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and generally a delight. His work was first rate and he gave us information we can use in the future regarding our plumbing. We have no complaints with 3 Mountains service and competence generally and we will definitely continue to use them. However, you need to get rid of the robot phone answering you have added to your system. It is terrible and led me to believe I had made an appointment when I had not! Yay for David and 3 Mountains!! Boo to the robot!

Nicholas, from three mountains plumbing, was very professional! He explained our options and the costs before starting the job, then unclogged our drain very efficiently! He even put up with our overly enthusiastic greeting crew of 2 golden retrievers. And the price was right!
