I had the transmission go out in my car. 3Js took good care of me. No one wants to have to deal with something like that but they took the time to show me what was wrong and even put an aftermarket cooler on. Checked everything out after a couple weeks too. Highly recommended.

On his day off Jesus Garza not only got up early he also drove to us at the Interstate where we broke down evaluated our issue completely then he drove and found the parts needed for our repairs then he returned and fixed us right up and got us back on the road to home safe and sound. Much thanks for all you did for us to ensure our safe return home we truly appreciate it more than word can express!!! That’s 5 stars from us 😉
Recently broke down on the interstate while on a trip south. Was towed to 3 J's. Problem was diagnosed promptly. Mechanic went out of his way to personally pick up the part the following morning and we were on our way in a fast and efficient way. Excellent service and would highly recommend!
Great service and workers! The receptionists is super friendly and helpful! Will keep recommending their shop.
Rude receptionist. Never treated so badly. I've sent travelers with auto problems there in the past. Never again.
