Absolutely wonderful to work with!!
Please if you are looking to rent and this is the property management company RUN!! these people are impossible to contact. They do not care about anything other than collecting rent every month. When we moved in this house was disgusting. Cat hair and pee on the walls. Trash in the fireplace. Dirt and dead bugs all over the floor. The bathrooms were absolutely gross. Every drain was clogged with hair and gunk from the last tenants. Our washer wasn’t hooked up correctly. Dish washer did not work. Hot water heater did not wor... read more

Do not sign a lease with any property where this company is the property manager. They are the worst property management company we have ever dealt with. They are an absolute joke and should not be legally allowed to do business in the way they operate.
