Buyer beware. It's been awhile but I felt I had to let others know. If you want a specific sod like st augustine floratam grass you better know what it looks like cause I've gotten work done by Vincent to put sod in my backyard and 3 people have told me it's seville grass which is another st augustine grass. Seville sun tolerant for about 5 hours a day and it becomes spongy over time due to that. floratan all day sun and stays hard on the bottom. Unresponsive vendor over one week attempting to obtain a quote. No response on phone or text despite numerous attempts to reach him. Supposedly stop by to measure yet didn’t notify me he was onsite and quote/estimate never arrived.

We hired 3 Elements because they had such great reviews and a 5 star rating. They have gotten a 5 star rating because they do a very, very good job. Vincent and his crew are extremely meticulous. Before asking for payment, Vincent had us go around our yard and made sure we were satisified. Yes, we definitely were. We highly recommend this company!

Vincient did an excellent job. He came out and discussed the types of grass that are available, the care required for each type and made sure we selected what we really wanted. He fit us into his schedule and got the job done right away. We were pleased with the work he did and would recommend him for all your lawn needs.
