I needed a 10 mm tip for a nectar collector and the cashier girl sold me a old nail for a dab rig and then when I realized and drove back the next morning, they wouldn't work with me for a trade in. I didn't want to return it, i just wanted a tip. I should've inspected it but it looks just like a titanium tip.Getting employees familiar with the products they're selling would also help everyone out.

So sad, I new original owner - who was murdered in Pontiac. He didnt value 10$ over a lifelong customer. All sales final. I wont ever be back for a simple exchange... sad day in traverse city. R I P John, hard for me to even post this but STAY AWAY...
