They used to be a great company and product many years ago, but this is no longer the case. I will never use them again. They have become one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. Customer service is some of the worst I've seen. Have to chase them down to get any responses.
First of all I’m a Veteran. And we are straight forward. Your guy TONY/ Anthony hung up on us. Yesterday afternoon about Approximately 5:26 pm. The message was 4 seconds long. We listened to it. It was a hangup after four seconds. We told him to move on. I don’t deal with text messages. Period. He earned O FEEDBACK. LOUSY WAS TOO due business. I. After investing over $10,000, we received not just faulty electric blinds but a masterclass in bureaucratic runaround and customer disservice. Our shades made loud, grating mechanical noises, so we contacted customer service.
