I had a pleasant experience with the sales rep, Kimmie. She was attentive, went over all my options and the pros and cons of the different options. The process of getting someone scheduled to come out was easy. Sadly, when they arrived, they were missing a part and had to return later. At this point they had already taken down my old blinds. I had a consultation scheduled for tomorrow (Utah state) with a designer. According to your website, the consultation is free and does not require placing an order the same day. Absolutely unacceptable experience with 3 Day Blinds. I placed an order nearly two months ago, and I’m still waiting on a resolution due to repeated mistakes and delays. The first shade came with incorrect sizing. A replacement was promised, with delivery by 7/18/25 — that didn’t happen. I was then told the shade was on backorder until 8/8/25. Received my 2 roller shades for my sliding glass door a couple days ago after a month delay. Measurements were not taken correctly and the shade is touching the baseboard on the right side. This makes the shade fall at an angle. The left shade falls correctly and clears the baseboard. We contacted customer service and they said they would replace the right roller shade but not the left one. This is being done without remeasuring. Poor quality products and even worse customer service. We had 3 Roman Shades and Vertical Blinds installed on May19,2023. The installer had to come back an hour later to repair the plastic pull that turns the blinds so you can open them, he then said to tape it so it doesn’t keep popping off. Deep wrinkles were in all 3 Roman shades, he said they should come out within a couple of weeks, they did not. 10 days after being hung, 2 of the Roman shades had pin holes where the string was behind the shade, today, they both have 6 ... read more
