Made an appointment for 6-16-26. Got a call 2 hours early asking to change our time- Sorry no... I was at work. Arun came, was nice and showed samples of what I thought I wanted. While waiting for the written estimate to be sent, we wanted to get information about another option for 2 of our windows. I had to email him many times to get an updated estimate- and he changed the color of one (untouched) window. Great company to purchase window treatments from. We ordered 2 sets for our sliding glass doors. We had a few problems with them. After several phone calls and getting to the correct department, they were willing to do whatever it took to make it right. Our consultant was out today, helped us find a product that would work better for us and finalized the new order. They really care about their customers and go out of their way to make things right. Thank you all who helped take care of our issue.
Not satisfied....I called to schedule an in home app 3 weeks ago. The reprep was ok. Little quick. However the consultant Marlo who came out was nice. Very helpful in selecting blinds. Blinds promised two weeks. I got a message 8 days later my blinds wont be here till end of July. " Six weeks later". Since I already paid i couldn't cancel due to the three day cancelations policy. Absolutely unacceptable experience with 3 Day Blinds. I placed an order nearly two months ago, and I’m still waiting on a resolution due to repeated mistakes and delays. The first shade came with incorrect sizing. A replacement was promised, with delivery by 7/18/25 — that didn’t happen. I was then told the shade was on backorder until 8/8/25. Received my 2 roller shades for my sliding glass door a couple days ago after a month delay. Measurements were not taken correctly and the shade is touching the baseboard on the right side. This makes the shade fall at an angle. The left shade falls correctly and clears the baseboard. We contacted customer service and they said they would replace the right roller shade but not the left one. This is being done without remeasuring.
