Made an appointment for 6-16-26. Got a call 2 hours early asking to change our time- Sorry no... I was at work. Arun came, was nice and showed samples of what I thought I wanted. While waiting for the written estimate to be sent, we wanted to get information about another option for 2 of our windows. I came very close to a good experience; but like a good meal that ends with the waiter spilling hot coffee on your lap, so was the experience with 3 Day Blinds. For their motorized blinds, the leave the top of the casing unfinished. Their thought is that no one sees it so what difference does it make. Well, when you are walking down the stairs and the top of the mount is just a few fee below you, it is hard to miss. They do a quick survey and then ignore it. Great company to purchase window treatments from. We ordered 2 sets for our sliding glass doors. We had a few problems with them. After several phone calls and getting to the correct department, they were willing to do whatever it took to make it right. Our consultant was out today, helped us find a product that would work better for us and finalized the new order. They really care about their customers and go out of their way to make things right. Thank you all who helped take care of our issue.

Received my 2 roller shades for my sliding glass door a couple days ago after a month delay. Measurements were not taken correctly and the shade is touching the baseboard on the right side. This makes the shade fall at an angle. The left shade falls correctly and clears the baseboard. We contacted customer service and they said they would replace the right roller shade but not the left one. This is being done without remeasuring. Do not order from 3 Day Blinds, not only are they expensive but if you need service you get to pay $94.00 to have a tech come to your house. Make sure you have all items included in the work order because if you don't they won't look at any other issues. My blind is no longer going up and down. It needs to be reprogrammed. Nothing I did other than push a button and blind not going up!! I have other issues that wont be addressed because I'm out of warranty.
