Its too bad that you cant rate them any lower. I have been waiting almost 2 months to receive a blind back for the repair of a broken cord (re-stringing). This whole process should have taken less than a week. The worst part is that they dont answer the phone, they dont return phone calls, they dont provide any information. This must be the worst 3 Day Blind store in the country.

I usually dont complain...but this place (location) has got to be the worst. 3 Day Blinds???? Try 3months + blinds. I had a wonderful experience with the San Bruno Store but because I moved to San Francisco decided to use this location. No one calls you back and then they keep coming up with some excuse that they had the wrong number. I had to actually go back into the store to get anything done. Im still waiting for some blinds. I would never ever use this company again and I wouldnt strongly recommend that you dont.
There are only 2 women working in this "showroom." Its smaller than a studio and it smells musty and like stale food. They are always too busy to talk on the phone. Theyre supposedly "busy with a customer" and promise to call you back. They never do. On top of that, they have no problems blaming the customer for their own errors. I advise you to stay away from 3 Day Blinds...or at least this particular branch. Simply awful.
