Mike is amazing! Not only is he flexible with his scheduling, he is exceptionally thorough in both his inspections and explanations. He simplified the technical language so I could easily understand exactly what was going on and the best course of action. Mike was patient and answered all my questions. Mike is fabulous and thorough. Kept us informed of every concern during and after the inspection. Attic access wasn't available during our inspection day, so the seller removed some built in closet shelving and Mike returned two days later to finish the inspection. I consider that above and beyond. Very personalized and dignified inspection.
