Horrible! Been going to this dentist for years. Never really liked them but it was close and therefore convenient. Then I had a real dental emergency so called and left a message. Dr Wang called and I told him that I was in excruciating pain… he asked me to spell my name and proceeded to inform me that I hadn’t been there in over a year… then said sorry you’ll have to find someone else. Horrible human being I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I am very disappointed with their scheduling disorganization. I booked an appointment for Acton, to reach there and the place is closed and I was told my appointment was in North Andover. Literally wasted half of my day
