Very clean and timely job. Respectful and easy to work with. Good communication throughout the entire project. Well managed staff and very good attention to details. End result was just what we were hoping for
Ed is fantastic. A great guy who is a pleasure to work with. He kept us informed and up to date throughout the entire project. He kept to the budget and informed us immediately of any added costs (which were all relevant and important to the integrity of the job). Ed and his team were professional and easy to deal with from quote through completion. Our newly finished our basement -- closets, built-ins, windows, banister and railing -- look great, and Ed made the process as painless as a home improvement can be. He is easy to reach and coordinate with and meets the completion expectations that he sets. I will hire them again to do work in the future.
On the advice of a friend, I recently used 3-D Contracting, Inc. for a major home remodel. Ed and his crew were at the top of the professional scale from the first meeting, through to the completion of my project. I hired 3-D to demolish, and remodel two bedrooms and a bathroom. I recently asked Ed for some advice on fixing some issues with an older home that I had listed for sale and needed some immediate improvements. Ed was not only able to help us remedy the situation but provided us with a timely and less expensive alternative, which of course was very welcome to my sellers. The remedy not only fixed the issues but most likely helped sell the home. Thanks for being so straight forward and honest.
From beginning to end, Ed, Steve and the 3-D team were professional, fair, and hard-working. They dealt with unexpected technical and design challenges creatively and without complaint or extra charges. Our bathroom project was not a large one, but we felt that they gave it the same care and attention to craft , detail, and our time and budget parameters as they would a much more expansive job.
