They were very nice the when something happens you get screwed. For example I had 2 cars with them I told them in March that I could not efford 1 vehicle cause husband going thru immigration process. So steve wrote me a note stating can skip 1 payment pay in April but then we Financial issue cant pay the came to pick up both vehicle stated if you cant pay on Mauro we took other one too. This place really sucks, and customer service is really bad. They are not really wanting to work with you and they all have attitude like they are on top of the world. Worst place ever to give them your business. Find a better place to go that just don't put up a front just to get your money. VERY HORRIBLE PLACE, PEOPLE, SERVICE, AND JUST PLAIN RUDE RUDE RUDE... DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS......HMMMM!!!!!
