Everyone is great to work with and friendly, today Leo came out to service our two units and was on time, courteous and as always when I asked for recommendations, gave me some good feedback.
My AC was out. Brandon and Jose came to run diagnostic. They were very efficient and professional.
Very professional, kind, and straightforward. I called them requesting a diagnostic appointment and they came out to check less than 2 days later. They explained everything very clearly and gave me 3 different quotes as options to fit my budget which I also liked. They weren’t pushy and the diagnostic was free! :)
Fast and friendly service. Techs Leo and John were courteous and kept us informed of their repair progress. This is our second time to use 3D Air and we will use them for future service.
