Hiring 3 Brothers Construction turned out to be the worst decision of our entire basement remodel project. Hiring 3 Brothers Construction turned out to be the worst decision of our entire basement remodel project. During the initial consult, Evencio (owner) appeared responsive, informative, and assured us the project would be completed as we envisioned within a reasonable time. Unfortunately, shortly after the contract was signed and work began we experienced significant issues. Communication was inconsistent or nonexistent at all. While extremely friendly during the initial quote process, they provided inaccurate timelines for the quote and the ability to do the project. I followed up 1 week post inspection on the quote and was told it would be ready in 1-2 days. Another ten days went by with zero communication and finally after I called back 2 more times I was met with a we cannot provide a quote and we cannot assist. I wasted 20+ days with a company that could not even provide a quote.
