Communication, quality, and safety are concerning. It takes days to get a response anytime I reach out with questions or concerns. Our project consists of converting our three seasons room to a four seasons room and turning our workshop into an office. The two major tasks are replacing all the windows and leveling the floor. To start, the project was not supposed to start until the windows came in, but it did and now we have come to find out the wrong size windows were ordered. I called for some deck repairs. They provided EXCELLENT communication, professionalism and customer service. Everything was done quickly and to my request. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone needing home repairs. Great work!! Will definitely be calling them in the future if any further projects are needed.
