As part of our bathroom remodel, we decided on a shutter for the large window in the bath. Then, it occurred to me that putting shutters on the 2 narrow bedroom windows would tie both bedroom & bath together. We are very pleased with the results. It has been a month since the installation of shutters by 3 Blind Mice, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The first set of plantation shutters were incorrectly made and removed a week later, only to be replaced with what was supposed to match the contract. However, both sets have had numerous defects and issues. In and out in under 1 hr. No mess or anything. Like they weren't even there. Quality product. I would recommend highly.
I am happy with the final product, so they get a star for that. I would not hire them for any future jobs. There were problems every step of the way and everything was slow. Each step took 2+ weeks. Twice they showed up to install our blinds, and didn’t realize until after they showed up that they had screwed up the order. The first time it was the wrong fabric (not blackout). The second time the window covering was the wrong size. The entire process took over two months to get shades for two windows. Would go elsewhere.
