Nice people but sold me a truck with transmission failure. Must be replaced. Just bought it and putting another 7k into it. Buyer beware especially on their trucks. Yeah I know...as is means as is.
The guys at 311 Auto Parts were extremely helpful in getting me the wheel I needed for my old Volvo station wagon. Very pleasant to talk to and were even nice enough to pull it off the car so I didn’t have to go back into the yard. Highly recommend!!
Each worker here is quite churlish and curt. I wouldn't come back even if they had the last working engine in the country. The only employee who had a shred of manners was Sarah. Even then, entirely over shadowed by the blatent disrespect and abrasive interaction experienced with Dean. Honestly, I would rather walk bare foot down an interstate on a hot summer day with a car door strapped to my back than do business here again.
Very nice people they had the parts i was looking for at a great price dont hesitate to give them a call.
