Manager refused to honor a $100 gift card, issued in Feb of 2025. I was told it was 2x10 Nails’ policy that gift cards expire after one year. That’s theft, your “policy” is illegal. I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The salon was very clean and organized, and they paid great attention to every detail. My manicure turned out beautiful and lasted a long time. I really appreciated the quality of the service and the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for excellent nail care. I will definitely be coming back!
I’m a long time client and very frustrated. I just got cancelled on an hour before my appointment and moved my day around for it. I used class pass which they partner with and they canceled and said they don’t have space today. I made an appointment several days ago and got a confirmation. Then I called to get more understanding and they hung up on me mid conversation.
