Edit on 8/3/2025: after posting this owner Mike did personally reach out to me regarding my concerns. They did offer for me to return and get it fixed at half cost. I did wait until I was ready for a new pedicure as I ended up fixing my concerns(cut cuticles and filed heels) at home. I was asked to remove this review. I was able to come back and get an experience like before. I appreciate the concern and willingness to fix the issue. I have been coming here for awhile and really like them! Poor
I have been coming here for awhile and really like them! I did get a new person today (Oyun) and had a mixed experience, the post pedi massage was great, but they did not file my heel or cut my cuticles very well at all. Disappointing for sure but will still keep going as the other techs do such a good job!
