I have been in touch with fort dental clinic for a while and their staff is really welcoming and supportive with a calm and healthy environment.. even the dentist here are really skilled.. I really had a good experience with them as a patient
I had such a great and wonderful experience here at Fort Dental. When i came in, the front desk ( Kanika and Mariam) really welcomed me. They were so lovely and friendly people. They helped me so much with my appointment. The assistant ( Bituin ) is she such a sweet and caring person. She really assisted me through out and she was so gentle doing my X- ray. Dr. Leila was my dentist. She was so nice and helpful. She did check on my teeth and she told me everything what i need to be done. I definitely could trust all this love... read more
This clinic is extremely efficient when it wants your time or your money, and completely indifferent once it has both. They will SPAM call, text, and leave voicemails when it suits them, and they have changed my appointments last minute on multiple occasions. But after taking my payment for mouth guards, they went silent for over a month. That kind of selective responsiveness says a lot. I had an excellent experience from the moment I called to book my appointment to the day of my visit. The entire team was very kind, attentive, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and provided very helpful recommendations. I’m really happy I found this clinic and would definitely recommend it!
