Tradition in our house is to go for manis at 5 years old. (I have 3 girls) We've lived in Norco for 2 of the 3 and have been to 2Q for both, and they are the kindest, sweetest, gentlest, most wonderful people! My girls (and I) felt at ease and comfortable, and now that all are a bit older, we are all looking forward to going back a little sooner next time!

Pretty disappointing experience to say the least. I had been looking forward to taking my daughter's here for a while now and mother's day weekend seemed like the perfect time. So I scheduled appointments for myself, my 3 daughter's, my mother and my grandmother. Unfortunately, nobody seemed to speak any English, so communicating what we wanted was near impossible. The nail tech that i was given spoke very little English so communicating what i wanted was difficult. When she started she worked so fast and without regard to my comfort. I asked her to stop hurting me and i finally had ti ask for another tech. The second tech was much better. While i was sitting there the 1st nail tech was assugned to another customer who also was complaining. Management should take note of customers comments and correct thw problem.
