Vivian was awesome. I've been to many nails places and wasn't happy with the service. I tried my luck with 2Q Nailbar and Vivian took good care of me. I highly recommend Vivian to people that've been disappointed with so many nail salons out there. FANTASTIC job!

I went in for a deluxe gel pedicure and was serviced by Li. She was nice and the pedicure was okay- she rushed through it and didn’t wash off the mask, she wiped it off then moisturized on top of it. There was still scrub particles on my leg. She asked if I wanted a manicure and I said no, just my cuticles cut- meaning no filing, polish, massage, etc. She then gets to the register and charges me for a manicure-$25!!!!!
