Walked in yesterday asking for Donny, my usual nail tech. Not available. I had to do with vivian. I showed her the design. The french nails were really good but the flower designs are so different than the ones i showed her. Not same colors at all. And when i asked her to get another shade she said no this one is better. Loved Michele’s service!!! And my nails are gorgeous!!
Donny was able to see me in an emergency circumstance of one hour notice! Despite the surprise, everyone was extremely patient and caring throughout my service. I brought in a reference sheet (anime-inspired nails for a convention) and Donny went above and beyond until we both felt the nails were perfect. It makes me excited to return to this nail bar.
