Called looking for information on a Concept 2 rowing machine. Shane said they didn’t carry Concept 2. Huh, Concept 2 rowing machines are on their web page. Then made the excuse for not returning a phone call from the day before, because “they’re slammed.” I guess they won’t have to worry about fitting my business into their busy schedule. What has happened to customer service??
