In short, I would not recommend this business. They provided no concern that they let a customer down. The rest of this is a rant for what might have been a rare situation. Customer service is not their strong suit! "And I quote "you got a discount on your machine so it is perfectly acceptable that it has not worked properly since the day you purchased it and 60+ days and counting to get it repaired seems more than justifiable considering the manufacturer of your equipment is a big corporation and they have other stuff to worry about other than shipping your battery?
