I love going to that store the girls are very good with hair color, they have taught me to do my own hair and saved a lot of money. Going on five years! Current clerk is very rude and appears to be prejudice Against African Americans for sure. Visited your store on December 29 in seal Beach California.
I was in & out. Customer service was OK.
When the shelf price is lower than the price marked on the item, you should be charging the lower price. The response I received from the clerk was whatever the register rings that is the price. Really shameful 2nd Street Beauty.
