My boyfriend used to get his haircut here pretty often but we had a horrible interaction with one of the staff. Specifically Angie on different occasions. We walked in for an appointment one weekend and are usually greeted but we were immediately greeted with attitude and passive aggressive for not having an appointment. I am extremely disappointed with our experience today. My husband and son were excited to get haircuts, and we arrived at 4p.m. while your posted business hours indicated you were open until 5p.m. Unfortunately, we never even had the opportunity to experience the hairstylists because the interaction at the front desk completely ruined it. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. I enjoy getting my hair cut with Mercedes, she is great cutting my hair a regular schedule. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.
Mercedes did my haircut for me and my two brothers. She does a fantastic job for me everytime I go in. Never have had a bad a haircut from there. She is great, loves to talk to you as well and make conversation. Highly recommend
